Apply a scoop of Sugar Sugar lip scrub to clean, dry lips. Massage into the lips in circular movements using the silicone lip scrubber. Wipe or rinse clean. Then apply a thin layer of Balm Babe lip balm for maximum hydration and long-lasting nourishment.
